Before Processing
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Orders may be cancelled ONLY before printing or
packaging begins.
Action Required: If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately on WhatsApp
with your order ID.
After Processing
Once the production journey starts, we cannot turn back:
- Once printing, packaging, or dispatch has started, cancellation is not allowed.
- As our products are made-to-order, we cannot stop the process once resources have been
allocated.
Customized Orders
No Cancellation: Customized or made-to-order posters cannot be cancelled under any
circumstances once confirmed.
Since these are unique pieces created specifically for you, they cannot be resold to anyone else.
Customer-Initiated Refusal
We expect our customers to honor their orders:
- Refusing delivery without a valid reason will not qualify for cancellation or refund.
- In case of repeated refusals, Poster Man reserves the right to block the user from future
purchases.
