No-Loss Policy

Poster Man follows a strict no-loss policy to protect both the business and genuine customers. We take every measure to ensure your satisfaction, but refunds are handled with a rigorous verification process.

Verification Required: Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued only after internal verification and approval.

Courier Damage Disclaimer

Transparency First: We record a Packing Video for every single order before it is handed over to the courier. This ensures that the product left our facility in perfect condition.

We take pride in our packaging. All orders are securely packed, and packing proof (photo/video) is recorded before dispatch.

  • If the packing proof confirms the product was dispatched in proper condition, Poster Man is not responsible for damage caused during transit.
  • Damages occurring after dispatch due to courier handling are not eligible for refund.

Proof Requirement

To process any claim, we require high-quality evidence:

Unboxing Video: Any claim must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery along with an unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package.
  • The video must show the shipping label clearly.
  • The package must be opened for the first time on camera.
  • Claims without valid proof or reported after the window will be rejected.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Minor color or size variation (inherent to printing process).
  • Customer preference or dissatisfaction with the design/art.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Delay caused by courier partners.

Final Authority

All refund-related decisions made by Poster Man are final and binding. We reserve the right to interpret these policies based on individual cases.
